PDHA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDHA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,162 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDHA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK16, RBBP7, and HCCS. Each is linked with PDHA1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDHA1-to-partner and partner-to-PDHA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDHA1 versus CDK16 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDHA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDHA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
