PDGFRB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFRB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,642 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PXMP2, USP1, and SAP30. Each is linked with PDGFRB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFRB-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFRB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PXMP2 grouped by PDGFRB-low versus PDGFRB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
