Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFRA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,386 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDGFRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRISPLD2, PDPN, and CXCL12. Each is linked with PDGFRA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFRA-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDGFRA versus CRISPLD2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
