Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,502 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDGFRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD28, ALYREF, and CRTAC1. Each is linked with PDGFRA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFRA-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD28 grouped by PDGFRA-low versus PDGFRA-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
