Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDGFRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,843 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFRA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Metanephric glomerulus morphogenesis, Metanephric glomerulus vasculature morphogenesis, and Metanephric glomerular capillary formation. Each is linked with PDGFRA in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFRA-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFRA results are reported.
