PDGFD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,374 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFD-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP8, C1QTNF7, and DDI1. Each is linked with PDGFD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFD-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDGFD versus LRP8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
