PDGFC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,097 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRP1, MMP2, and PHLDB1_S443. Each is linked with PDGFC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFC-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDGFC versus LRP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
