Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,242 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFC-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGA11, ISM1, and LOXL1. Each is linked with PDGFC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFC-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFC results are reported.
