PDGFA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,832 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLIP2, PPFIBP1, and DOCK1. Each is linked with PDGFA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFA-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
