PDE9A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE9A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,917 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE9A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, ISG20, and DEF6_S590. Each is linked with PDE9A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE9A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE9A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE9A versus VEZF1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
