Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE9A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,976 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are STK26, PDE9A-AS1, and PRMT5. Each is linked with PDE9A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE9A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE9A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE9A versus STK26 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
