PDE9A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE9A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Annexin-1, and Stathmin. Each is linked with PDE9A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE9A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE9A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by PDE9A-low versus PDE9A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
