Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDE9A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,590 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE9A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process, CGMP catabolic process, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with PDE9A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE9A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE9A results are reported.
