Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE8A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,842 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGRT, VCPKMT, and MTHFD1. Each is linked with PDE8A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE8A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE8A versus FCGRT in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
