PDE8A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE8A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with PDE8A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE8A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by PDE8A-low versus PDE8A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
