The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher PDE6H Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDE6H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, SKCM, and LUSC are the cancer types where PDE6H Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
