Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE6H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 194 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE6H-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX50, SORCS1, and CEP126. Each is linked with PDE6H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE6H-to-partner and partner-to-PDE6H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE6H versus DDX50 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE6H→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE6H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
