Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE6H mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE6H-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, VEGFR2, and MEK1. Each is linked with PDE6H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE6H-to-partner and partner-to-PDE6H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by PDE6H-low versus PDE6H-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE6H→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE6H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
