Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDE6H RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,085 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE6H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Response to starvation. Each is linked with PDE6H in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE6H-to-partner and partner-to-PDE6H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum grouped by PDE6H-low versus PDE6H-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
