PDE6C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDE6C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,275 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE6C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, Negative regulation of telomere maintenance, and Pre-mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with PDE6C in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE6C-to-partner and partner-to-PDE6C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion grouped by PDE6C-low versus PDE6C-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE6C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE6C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
