Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE6B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,340 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAS, ATP8B4, and GIMAP6. Each is linked with PDE6B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE6B-to-partner and partner-to-PDE6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE6B versus FAS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
