Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDE6B RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PDE6B data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PDE6B RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDE6B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and BRCA show a favorable association.

LUAD, BRCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where PDE6B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
