PDE5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,896 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, ARHGEF17, and PRKG1. Each is linked with PDE5A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE5A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE5A versus KANK2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
