Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE4DIP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE4DIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, GAPDH, and Notch1. Each is linked with PDE4DIP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE4DIP-to-partner and partner-to-PDE4DIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by PDE4DIP-low versus PDE4DIP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE4DIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE4DIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
