Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDE4DIP RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PDE4DIP data layer compared with 10 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher PDE4DIP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDE4DIP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UVM, HNSC, and LAML are the cancer types where PDE4DIP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
