PDE4D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDE4D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE4D-associated genes across cancer lineages are PF4V1, H2BC1, and H2AC1. Each is linked with PDE4D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE4D-to-partner and partner-to-PDE4D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PF4V1 grouped by PDE4D-low versus PDE4D-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE4D→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE4D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
