PDE4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,732 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPARP-AS1, CCDC163, and RNU6-340P. Each is linked with PDE4A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE4A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPARP-AS1 grouped by PDE4A-low versus PDE4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
