PDE3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE3A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, LKB1, and Annexin_VII. Each is linked with PDE3A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE3A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 grouped by PDE3A-low versus PDE3A-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
