The most reproducible PDE3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine-containing compound biosynthetic process, Negative regulation of vascular associated smooth muscle cell migration, and Porphyrin-containing compound biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PDE3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE3A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE3A results are reported.
