PDE3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDE3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,558 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM7, F11, and WFDC10A. Each is linked with PDE3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE3A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM7 grouped by PDE3A-low versus PDE3A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
