PDE2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,705 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAVIN2, LDB3, and TMOD1. Each is linked with PDE2A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE2A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
