PDE2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,489 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEF2C, TAL1, and CA4. Each is linked with PDE2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE2A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
