Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDE2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,495 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to Cajal body, Positive regulation of protein localization to Cajal body, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with PDE2A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE2A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE2A results are reported.
