PDE1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,245 significant associations in total. PAAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGDIB, CD1D, and LDB2. Each is linked with PDE1B in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE1B-to-partner and partner-to-PDE1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE1B versus ARHGDIB in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
