PDE1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,576 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, SGCD, and QKI. Each is linked with PDE1B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE1B-to-partner and partner-to-PDE1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE1B versus PRKG1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
