Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,000 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, HSPA12B, and TCEAL7. Each is linked with PDE1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE1B-to-partner and partner-to-PDE1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE1B versus CNRIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
