Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,853 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are AATF, TERF2IP, and DAPK3. Each is linked with PDE1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE1B-to-partner and partner-to-PDE1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AATF grouped by PDE1B-low versus PDE1B-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
