PDE1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, DJ-1, and FASN. Each is linked with PDE1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE1B-to-partner and partner-to-PDE1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by PDE1B-low versus PDE1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
