PDE1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,202 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAGLN, TPM2, and PDLIM5. Each is linked with PDE1A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE1A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE1A versus TAGLN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
