Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,742 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZCCHC24, SEMA3G, and SEPTIN4. Each is linked with PDE1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE1A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE1A versus ZCCHC24 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
