PDE1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDX1, MEK1, and MYH11. Each is linked with PDE1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE1A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDX1 grouped by PDE1A-low versus PDE1A-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
