PDE1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDE1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6T1, OR10G7, and LCE1F. Each is linked with PDE1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE1A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6T1 grouped by PDE1A-low versus PDE1A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
