Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDE11A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PDE11A data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PDE11A Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDE11A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, HNSC, and LGG are the cancer types where PDE11A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
