PDCL3P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCL3P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,146 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCL3P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEBPB, MYEF2, and RPL18A_S123. Each is linked with PDCL3P4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCL3P4-to-partner and partner-to-PDCL3P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCL3P4 versus CEBPB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCL3P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCL3P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
