Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Notch1, and Rad50. Each is linked with PDCL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCL2-to-partner and partner-to-PDCL2 results are reported.
