PDCL2

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDCL2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PDCL2 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PDCL2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDCL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and UCS show a favorable association.

ACC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where PDCL2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
