Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDCL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,402 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gastric acid secretion, Regulation of gastro-intestinal system smooth muscle contraction, and Positive regulation of gastro-intestinal system smooth muscle contraction. Each is linked with PDCL2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCL2-to-partner and partner-to-PDCL2 results are reported.
