Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,930 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDCL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC35A5, SBNO1, and SPATA5. Each is linked with PDCL in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCL-to-partner and partner-to-PDCL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCL versus SLC35A5 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
