PDCL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,403 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RABGAP1, PRRC2B, and BRD3. Each is linked with PDCL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCL-to-partner and partner-to-PDCL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCL versus RABGAP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
