PDCL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,278 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDZK1IP1, RBM18, and ERCC6L2. Each is linked with PDCL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCL-to-partner and partner-to-PDCL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCL versus PDZK1IP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
